  Experience: I have over thirty years of business experience, most recently as a multi-business-unit, global procurement executive for the automotive and aerospace manufacturing industry. Working in procurement for the bulk of my career, among my many procurement commodities I owned responsibility for buying and managing contingent labor, using staffing strategically to flex our workforce while controlling overhead. My experience as an executive and staffing customer have afforded me a unique perspective on how staffing and hiring can directly impact corporate performance.
