Owner & FounderAbout One of my passions is to analyze and reorganize processes and systems to improve productivity and ensure a more efficient workflow. Tying myself to one way of doing something is not how I operate as I enjoy challenging the logic behind the how and why everything is done in a company. This allows me to focus on continual improvement to help make everyone’s job easier and less time consuming. Continuous improvement is a theme in my life as I focus on improving myself in my day to day. For example, I set a personal goal to read at least one personal development or personal interest book per month. I also enjoy DIY projects at home, attempting to teach myself guitar and once upon a time, I enjoyed traveling to new places. Currently, I work at the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) as the Accounting Manager. In this role, my main focuses are daily accounts payable processing and payments, month end close duties and account analysis. As a Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, I engage in making sure that our company’s QMS is compliant with the current standard. My team consists of two employees: the Accounting Coordinator and the Office Services/Fulfillment Coordinator. I work closely with and report directly to the company’s CFO.
